A CNC Tube Bending Lead (BLM Machines)Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Setup: Expertly set up and operate BLM CNC tube benders (e.g., ELECT, 3-Cnc, Smart) for left/right, fixed/variable radius, and multi-stack bending.Programming & Optimization: Program, edit, and optimize, bending, programs using BLM software to maximize efficiency and part quality, ensuring, "right first time" production.Quality Control: Utilize All-In-One technology to compensate for material elongation, ensuring finished, geometries meet blueprints and, tolerance, specifications.Tooling Management: Select, install, and adjust tooling (mandrels, pressure dies, clamps) for, specific tube sizes, and radii.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform, routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or software, issues.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support junior operators, manage shift, production schedules, and, ensure safety protocols are followed.Required Skills And QualificationsTechnical Expertise: Proficient in CNC bending technology, particularly BLM Group machinery.Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to interpret, blueprints, technical drawings, and, geometric tolerances.Software Skills: Experience with VGP3D software is highly preferred.Experience: 3-5+ years in high-precision tube bending, with experience in, automotive or complex manufacturing.Problem-Solving: Strong, mechanical, aptitude, to, resolve, production, issues, as, noted in this document.
