Full Stack Developer I

As part of an Agile/Scrum development team, you'll design, develop, and maintain modern web-based applications built primarily on the Microsoft .NET Core stack, supporting and collaborating with both internal users and external customers at scale. Opportunities for hybrid or remote possible. Working Hours Full-Time, 40+ hours per week, 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday with additional hours as needed to meet business needs and job requirements. Responsibilities Provide application development, automation development, and support services for new and existing solutions across the organization. Assist with the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of internal web, API, and service-based applications. Adhere to established development standards, coding conventions, and secure development practices. Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical estimations, and peer code reviews. Perform code reviews and walk-throughs with Junior Developers and peers. Maintain a proficient understanding of release strategy and CI/CD. Collaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshoot and debug issues in code. Learn and apply new technologies and programming languages as needed. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user manuals. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to web development and C# programming. Qualifications 3-4 years of experience as a software developer, software engineer, or application developer. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET development using primarily C#. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering). Strong understanding of and experience with Vue.js and MSQL. Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade software. Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments. Experience with automated testing. Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum and others. Experience with multi-threading and concurrency. Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization. Physical Requirements Working at a physical desk, moving about the office and facility as needed for work. Operation of office machinery and equipment. Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision. Compensation Overview The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range and includes performance-based cash incentive awards.
