Understand where the hidden business logic hides and how to find it before it becomes a production incident.Technical discovery capability you can walk into a room, interview stakeholders who have been using a system for years and turn what hear into a coherent, buildable functional specification.Strong AdvantagesGenAI / LLM integration experience specifically using AI as part of a workflow pipeline (tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, embedding models) rather than as a standalone product.Experience migrating from Appian, Pega, ServiceNow or a similar enterprise low-code platform.Telecom, utilities or field operations domain knowledge understanding of work order or build project lifecycles is a meaningful accelerator.Spatial / GIS data experience working with geographic datasets and PostGIS or equivalent.Front-end familiarity enough React or low-code UI experience to have a productive conversation about form logic, conditional rendering and API integration with the front-end team.AWS cloud and container orchestration (EKS / Kubernetes) deployment-level awareness of how distributed workflow workers are hosted and scaled.
