The Associate Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) supports the VP of Domestic Sales in driving business growth and strengthening sales performance across the region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting Sales Representatives with product knowledge, sales strategy, and inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the regionPartner with Marketing to develop tools and materials that enhance sales effectivenessIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand regional revenueSupport Sales Representatives with inventory management and logistics to ensure product availabilityDevelop and execute regional training and product knowledge initiativesCoordinate and lead regional workshops and provide case coverage as neededPartner with Sales Representatives in the field to provide product expertise and sales supportAssist with planning and coordination of local sales meetings to ensure effective communication and executionRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable presenting to diverse audiences and facilitating training sessionsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environmentEducation & ExperienceAssociate's degree or equivalent work experience2-3 years of experience in the medical device industryMinimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in product management or sales supportCompensation
