Litigation Paralegal

The Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is working with a highly regarded firm that is seeking to hire a litigation paralegal to join their Washington, DC office. This role offers the chance to expand your litigation support skills while taking on responsibilities that align with a senior paralegal or case manager track. You will play a key role in trial preparation, including organizing trial binders, managing exhibits, preparing motions, and tracking critical deadlines.The ideal candidate has at least four years of litigation paralegal experience, is tech-savvy, thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, and enjoys being a proactive partner to busy attorneys. Bachelor's degree required. There is no billable hour requirement, and the firm offers competitive compensation, frequent opportunities for overtime, and tangible room for growth.
