The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate services. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for managing the sales cycle, conducting effective client communication, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Training clients on service offerings and contributing to continuous sales improvement will also be key aspects of this role.
