*In-Home Installation Technician (Coax & Fiber)* We're hiring *In-Home Installation Technicians* for a long-term Coax and Fiber project. *No experience is required*—we provide *2 weeks of training* to help you succeed. Whether you're starting a new career or already have installation experience, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company. *Benefits* * *No experience required – 2 weeks of training* * *Experienced technicians can earn up to $2,500/week* * *$200/day Per Diem through October 2026* * *Rental trucks available for $150/week* * Consistent full daily routes * Long-term project stability * Dedicated dispatch support * Opportunities for continued work and career growth *Responsibilities* * Perform residential Coax and Fiber installations * Complete service drops and wall fishes * Install and configure customer premises equipment (CPE) * Troubleshoot service and connectivity issues * Educate customers on installed services and equipment * Complete work orders accurately and on time * Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service *Requirements* * *No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training* * Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes after training * Own ladder and basic hand tools * Professional appearance and communication skills * Valid Social Security Number (SSN) * Valid Driver's License * *Own van/pickup truck/SUV (Rental trucks available for $150/week)* * Clean driving record * Pass background check and drug test * Samsung S23 FE, S24 FE, or S25 FE smartphone Contractor Information This is a *1099 independent contractor position*. Technicians are responsible for their own tools, fuel, and work-related expenses.
