We partner with interior designers, architects and private clients to bring visionary concepts to life through craftsmanship and social responsibility.Position OverviewThe Project Associate is a client-facing role responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams and partners. Reporting to the President, this role oversees client satisfaction and logistics, working closely with the Product Operations Lead, who manages fabrication teams.Ideal for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional, this role thrives in a collaborative studio environment where teamwork and problem-solving drive excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.Serve as the primary client liaison, addressing concerns and ensuring expectations are met.Coordinate scheduling and logistics to keep projects on track.Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise.Assist in the production of quotes, ensuring accuracy with project scope.Maintain strong relationships with partners and private clients to meet project goals.Qualifications & Experience2-4 years of experience in project or account management within the design, showroom sales, or fabrication industries.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$90,000 plus benefits.Join UsYung Atelier is dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
