Warehouse Operations Specialist

Position SummaryWe’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Warehouse Operations Specialist to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll manage the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring every shipment is accurate, on time, and handled with care. This is a hands-on position with full responsibility for maintaining inventory integrity and keeping operations running smoothly.The ideal candidate is reliable, methodical, and takes pride in their work. Our air-conditioned warehouse provides a comfortable environment where you can do your best work every day.Key ResponsibilitiesKeep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure quality, safety, and smooth flow of inventoryAccurately maintain data within our inventory systems to ensure efficient operations and reliable stock countsReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and conditionPrepare, package, and ship outgoing orders with a high level of accuracy and carePerform quality checks and inspections on incoming and outgoing productsCoordinate domestic and international shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHLGenerate shipping labels, packing lists, and required documentationPerform periodic cycle counts and inventory adjustmentsCollaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to support order fulfillmentEnsure compliance with company procedures and shipping best practicesAssist with light assembly, testing, or preparation of products as neededQualificationsMinimum 3 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
