Job Description Title: Surgical Technologist, Operating Room, BrunswickJob Category: Health CareRequisition Number: SURGI004300Job Type: Part-TimeBrunswick, GA, 31520, United States Description You will be responsible for: Functioning as a scrub person during operative procedures Cleaning and preparing surgical instruments for processing Assisting with post-procedure cleaning of the procedure room and preparing for subsequent patients New PRN Tiered Pay Rates Available Tier 1 – PRNPay rate: Experienced based pay rate (plus any applicable shift differentials)Commitment: 6 shifts in 6 weeksCampus: Home Campus onlyWeekend and Holidays: 2 Weekend shifts and 1 major holiday per yearSchedule: Provide Schedule up to four (4) weeks in advance Tier 2Pay rate: Experience rate + $5.00 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)Commitment: 6 shifts in 6 weeksCampus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as neededWeekend and Holidays: 2 Weekend shifts plus 1 major holiday per yearSchedule: Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule Tier 3Pay rate: Experience rate + $8.50 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)Commitment: 9 shifts in 6 weeksCampus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as neededWeekend and Holidays: 2 WE shifts and 1 major and 1 minor holiday per yearSchedule: Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule Tier 4Pay rate: Experience rate + $12.00 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)Commitment: 12 shifts in 6 weeksCampus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as neededWeekend and Holidays: 4 Weekend shifts plus 1 major and 1 minor holiday per yearSchedule: Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule What you will need: - Graduate of an accredited school or Surgical Technologist program or 5 years Surgical Tech experience required.- One year perioperative services experience preferred and BLS Certification required.
