Ground Operations Manager

A busy landscape and irrigation company in Anoka, MN is seeking an experienced lawn care foreman to oversee workflow coordination, on-site activities, and client service. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about lawn care, crew management, and delivering high-quality service.Location: Anoka, MNWage: $30.00 – $35.00/hr.Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 5:30 pm (weekends as needed)Benefits of the lawn care foreman:PTO: 1 week in the first year; 2 weeks in year two401(k) with a 3% employer matchSupplemental insurance with company contribution up to $520 per yearCareer advancement opportunitiesPaid holidaysWeekly payUniforms providedDuties of the lawn care foreman:Perform hands-on lawn care and lead on-site maintenance tasksSupervise crew of 1-3 members and coordinate daily workflowConduct daily team meetings to communicate production goalsMentor and train team members to improve performanceTrack job expenses, receipts, and crew hours accuratelyMaintain safe worksites and monitor equipment for maintenanceEnsure work meets industry and company quality standardsInteract with clients to ensure satisfaction and collect paymentsRequirements of the lawn care foreman:3+ years of lawn care industry experienceCurrent Pesticide Applicator’s LicenseValid Driver’s License and current Medical DOT CardKnowledge of lawn varieties and general plant careProficient with zero-turn mowers, blowers, and truck/trailer operationPhysically fit to work 40-60 hours per week in all weatherStrong time management and troubleshooting skillsClean driving record and professional appearanceAdditional Information:Apply today!
