Production Associate

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, as needed Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM + Overtime Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team. This position involves preparing, packaging, and fulfilling orders for a cannabis cultivation and production facility while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Move, Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify order accuracy before shipment Sort, weigh, and package products accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, compliance, and company procedures Meet daily production goals Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as assigned Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older 1+ year of forklift experience a plus Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand movements Reliable transportation and attendance Work takes place in a cannabis cultivation and production facility.
