Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Web Developer to join our team supporting secure, mission-critical federal applications. This role is ideal for a full-stack developer who enjoys building modern web applications, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering secure, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Razor PagesBuild modern user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar frameworksIntegrate applications with REST APIs and backend servicesDevelop and maintain SQL Server databases and data access layersTroubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack, including front-end, API, database, and hosting environmentsImplement secure coding practices and remediate security findingsSupport authentication and authorization solutions using modern identity standardsContribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviewsCollaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders in a SAFe Agile environmentLeverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining ownership of code quality and testingRequired Qualifications:6+ years of web application development experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience developing web applications using C# and .NET 8+/ASP.NET CoreExperience with modern front-end development using JavaScript and/or TypeScriptExperience working with SQL Server or other relational databasesStrong understanding of application architecture, API integration, and reusable development patternsExperience troubleshooting full-stack applications across UI, API, database, and hosting layersExperience with Git-based development workflows, code reviews, and automated build processesStrong communication skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative team environmentExperience developing secure web applications and applying secure coding practicesExperience using AI-assisted development tools while validating and testing generated codeCompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with React, TypeScript, Blazor, Razor Pages, or Razor ComponentsExperience with Entity Framework CoreFamiliarity with IIS and Windows Server hosting environmentsExperience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities from SAST/DAST toolsKnowledge of OAuth, OIDC, and modern authentication conceptsExperience developing Section 508-compliant applicationsFamiliarity with RMF, ATO processes, and federal cybersecurity requirementsPrior experience supporting DoD or federal government programsAbout CapgeminiCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
