Recruitment Consultant-BFSI

Role & responsibilities Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively. Create and implement targeted recruitment plans to meet organizational goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights on recruitment progress.
