If that sounds like a good fit, help us bring the next generation of automation solutions to nearly every industry, including manufacturing, food and beverage, renewable energy, water and wastewater and more.Top Reasons to Work with UsFlexible work schedule with work from home options for numerous rolesWeekly communication from management in our internally famous Friday morning meetingCompetitive Compensation including a bonus planNo more than a 4 week waiting period on all benefits including the 401kA really rad Christmas Party each yearA manager that is cool…most of the time, because no one is perfectA path for growth, a great culture, PTO, AND MORE!What You Will Be DoingAssist installation of industrial control panels, PLC systems, instrumentation, and networking equipmentAssist with startup and commissioning of industrial control systemsPerform basic wiring, labeling, and termination using electrical drawingsAssist with troubleshooting industrial equipment and control systemsAssist with PLC and HMI programming tasks under direction of senior personnelLearn basic PLC, HMI, SCADA, and networking conceptsAssist with IO checks and functional testing of systemsAssist with modifications to existing equipment per drawingsAssist with preventive maintenance and service workSupport project team with configuration, testing, and documentationLearn to read electrical drawings, P&IDs, and control descriptionsLearn to use test equipment such as multimeters and network toolsMaintain tools, equipment, and company propertyCommunicate work status to project leads and supervisorsFollow all company safety procedures and job site requirementsMaintain good customer relations while on job sitesComplete required reports, forms, and documentationTravel to customer sites as required (approximately 50%)Other duties as assignedWhat You Need For This PositionAAS in Engineering Technology, Automation, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related technical fieldOR equivalent technical training, military training, or relevant experienceBasic computer skillsBasic understanding of electricity and electrical circuitsAbility to read technical drawings or willingness to learnGood reasoning and problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities (hobbies, charities, etc.)Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time) to customer sites as required
