We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Document AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-level GenAI applications, implementing RAG architectures, fine-tuning LLMs, and developing Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Develop and deploy LLM-based applications using Vertex AI and other LLM platforms.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
Implement LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques.
Develop document processing solutions using Google Document AI, OCR, information extraction, and structured output generation.
Build AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, and CrewAI.Work with OpenAI APIs, open-source LLMs, and commercial LLM platforms.
Apply machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and NLP.Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs.
Deploy and manage AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Required Skills:
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.Experience with Google Vertex AI and Document AI.Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, or CrewAI.Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architecture.
Experience with OCR, document extraction, and structured data generation.
Knowledge of PyTorch, NLP, SQL, and machine learning.
Experience with OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs.
Familiarity with Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, and Docker.
Cloud development experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
