You will be the primary field leader responsible for crew performance, install quality, scheduling coordination, and jobsite standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on project success. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC crews on new construction projects Oversee installations from rough-in to completion Ensure work meets company standards, code requirements, and timelines Coordinate with builders, contractors, and internal teams Train and support installers and junior team members Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and organization Serve as the main field point of accountability for assigned projects What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in new construction Prior experience as a foreman, lead installer, or field supervisor Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing crews and multiple job sites Quality-focused mindset with pride in clean, professional installs Ready to Take the Next Step?
