Job Title: Office Manager
Work Location: San Francisco, CA 94105
Shift's Available: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm (40.00/hrs)
Job Requirement:
The manager is looking for someone who has a strong production background, knows how to copy/print/scan, and has office environment experience.
Law firm experience is also a plus.
This person should be able to lift up to 50 pounds: sometimes marketing materials/office supplies get delivered and need to be moved via a cart.
Job Duties:
This person will be overseeing the general email inbox and assigning tasks to the employees; they will be conducting most of the in-person meetings with the attorneys, so this is a front-facing position
Accountable for daily operations of small to medium site and manages small team.
