NCIA is looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about the recruitment process and wants to make a difference in the lives of others. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing a recruitment strategy that will lead to developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Work with leadership to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet them.
Identify and recruit high-quality candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and aptitudes.
Provide feedback to the leadership on the progress of recruiting initiatives.
Support hiring managers with onboarding new team members.
Support new hires with learning our company culture and getting on-board with our company values.
Work with new hires to ensure they have an on-going learning experience throughout their first few months at NCIA.
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws including employment eligibility document (EAD), notice of employment, and work authorization.
Serve as a liaison between NCIA and managers during the hiring process.
Develop strategies to attract, retain, and grow a high-quality team.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding questions about NCIA services, policies, or procedures during their time at NCIA.
Create reports for leadership regarding recruitment efforts and results.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
