Junior Network Engineer

Generate and maintain bandwidth and utilization reports, providing visibility into network performance and usage trends. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), availability metrics, and service performance to support SLA compliance and operational oversight. Perform trend analysis to support capacity planning and identify potential performance or scalability issues. Maintain network documentation, including configuration records, diagrams, and operational procedures. Assist in preparing and distributing communications for planned outages and maintenance activities.What You'll Need Experience supporting IT operations, network operations, or technical support functions in an enterprise environment. Ability to create and maintain reports on network performance, utilization, and availability metrics. Basic understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and network performance metrics. Ability to maintain technical documentation and operational records accurately. 1+ years of experience in network operations, IT support, or a related technical role.
