Junior Network Engineer

A leading federal partner is seeking a Junior Network Engineer to support mission-critical programs in national security, defense, and public service delivery. Generate and maintain bandwidth and utilization reports to provide visibility into network performance and usage trends. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), availability metrics, and service performance for SLA compliance. Perform trend analysis to support capacity planning and identify potential performance or scalability issues. Maintain network documentation, including configuration records, diagrams, and operational procedures. Assist in preparing and distributing communications for planned outages and maintenance activities.What You'll Need Experience supporting IT operations, network operations, or technical support functions in an enterprise environment. Ability to create and maintain reports on network performance, utilization, and availability metrics. Basic understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and network performance. Ability to maintain technical documentation and operational records accurately.
