Assembler We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our team for the 1st shift, from 7am to 3:30pm. This role requires a high level of expertise in aircraft and aerospace manufacturing assembly, demanding precision and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:Assemble complex and varied components in accordance with detailed blueprints and specifications.Perform layout and drilling of holes, and install fasteners, bearings, bushings, and countersinks.Apply sealants, primers, and paints, and use cleaning agents as part of the assembly processes.Utilize both hand and power tools effectively and safely.Maintain a high standard of quality and performance through attention to detail.Essential Skills:Minimum of three years experience in aircraft/aerospace manufacturing assembly.Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and work instructions.Ability to perform detailed assembly tasks with hand-eye coordination and precision.Experience with layout, drilling, and installation of various components.Additional Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Four to five years of assembly experience preferred.Strong work ethic and dependability with on-time attendance.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.Why Work Here?Join a reputable aviation supplier company that values high performance and offers a collaborative environment in its assembly and machining division.
