Cosmetic Service Coordinator/Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cosmetic Service Coordinator/consultant to join our team. As a Cosmetic Coordinator/Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cosmetic patients. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and lead a team of beauty advisors. Oversees cosmetic procedure of patients for the location, helping providers treat more patients, giving patients time to discuss cosmetic concerns and track follow up on consults performed. Duties:
- Manage the cosmetic procedures and ensure smooth operations
- Train and supervise team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Set sales goals and monitor performance to achieve targets
- Provide personalized cosmetic procedure consultations
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors and attend product training sessions
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred, with 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
- Previous experience in cosmetics or beauty industry is required
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic procedures (Botox, Fillers, Laser, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Bilingual (Korean/English, Chinese/English)or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Must be willing to be available via email for patient inquiries on off hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
