Warehouse Associate We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate will perform assigned warehouse tasks in accordance with company safety standards, operational procedures, and performance expectations. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse productivity. Key Responsibilities Receive and stock inbound shipments, verifying quantities and documenting discrepancies or damages Accurately process required documentation within safety and performance guidelines Process inbound and outbound orders using RF technology in accordance with standard operating procedures Verify correct part numbers and quantities to ensure inventory accuracy Load and unload trailers, review bills of lading, and inspect for transit damage Monitor equipment condition and report operational issues to the Team Leader Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with training new hires and cross-training team members as needed Follow all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures Verify receiving and picking label information using TekRF equipment Develop working knowledge of all warehouse processes including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping Process hazardous materials in compliance with regulatory requirements Performance Expectations Complete inbound and outbound orders within established productivity goals Maintain high accuracy standards (quality standard of 1/1000) Keep work areas clean and organized Consistently follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Working knowledge of TekRF transactions General knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, parts logistics, and distribution Ability to identify and handle various parts Working knowledge of ET-2000 preferred OSHA or WHMIS training preferred Experience operating hand-held and forklift-mounted RF terminals Ability to operate powered material handling equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, stock pickers, tuggers, stretch wrap machines, and packing equipment Ability to work at a sustained pace and perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and lifting up to 65 pounds Comfortable working in high or narrow aisles Ability to successfully complete in-house powered equipment training Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to speak, read, and write English to safely and effectively perform job duties Experience 1 to 3 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred Automotive distribution experience is a plus Education High School Diploma or equivalent required This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse team where safety, accuracy, and performance are valued.
