The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage subcontractors, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site in Rockville, MD. Qualifications Experience in commercial construction, subcontractor coordination, and project scheduling Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings xywuqvpExperience in government contracting and working with diverse teams Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and construction tools OSHA Certification is a plus
