Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Coordinator with at least three years of experience in the trades.Responsibilities include setting up jobs in company software (Sage, FCS), gathering and entering cost estimates, providing documentation to clients, creating warranty documents, progress billing, and assisting with invoice collections.This onsite role requires working 8-hour days between 6am-5pm, based on team needs.Ideal candidates are problem-solvers, support multiple managers, work independently or in teams, and are proficient in Microsoft Office.Industry experience in roofing/construction is essential; familiarity with Sage 300/Timberline, Workmax, and Kronos is a plus. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.Salary ranges from $24-$32/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and life insurance.
