GENERAL MANAGER- SALES & MEMBER EXPERIENCEStretchLab ATlanta is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead membership sales, team performance, and studio growth across our Decatur and Morningside studios in Atlanta. Our two studios are in the top 5% of StretchLab studios in the United States and are the top performing studios in Georgia.ABOUT USStretchLab is a leader in one on one assisted stretching and a differentiated wellness concept built around personalized service, mobility, recovery, and flexibility. It is ideal for a sales driven leader who also values service excellence, team development, and data informed decision making.POSISTION SUMMARYThe General Manager is responsible for leading revenue growth, membership sales, team development, and day to day operations across both studios. This is a hands on leadership role with a strong emphasis on sales performance, community engagement, and delivering an exceptional client experience.The role is approximately 70% sales leadership and business development and 30% staff leadership and studio operations. It is well suited for a candidate who has progressed from a front desk, sales, or assistant manager position and is ready to take on broader business ownership and people leadership responsibility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrive membership growth and revenue across both Decatur and Morningside studiosGenerate leads through grassroots marketing, partnerships, networking, and local community outreachFollow the StretchLab sales process to convert prospects into introductory sessions and membershipsCoach studio teams to strengthen sales execution, client experience, and member retentionLead day to day operations, including staffing support, retail oversight, inventory coordination, and vendor managementMonitor key performance metrics and use CRM data and reporting to improve conversion, retention, and overall studio resultsMaintain a professional, welcoming, and high energy environment that reflects the quality of the brand and encourages referrals and repeat businessCollaborate with ownership to identify operational improvements, growth opportunities, and team development prioritiesARE YOU A MATCH FOR THIS ROLE?The strongest candidates will bring a proven sales background, strong customer service instincts, and the confidence to lead a team by example.
