Hardware Processing & Testing Associate

We provide businesses worldwide with dependable hardware solutions at competitive prices. *The Role* We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Hardware Processing & Testing Associate to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone with assembly line, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or quality-control experience who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will help process, inspect, test, label, and organize large quantities of computer hard drives using established procedures. Previous computer or IT experience is helpful but not required. We will provide hands-on training. The right candidate is reliable, comfortable with repetitive work, able to follow instructions carefully, and committed to accuracy and quality. *What You’ll Do* * Load and unload hard drives from testing equipment. * Inspect, label, sort, and organize computer hardware. * Follow step-by-step instructions to test and process drives. * Record testing results and inventory information accurately. * Identify damaged items or unusual results and report them to a supervisor. * Maintain consistent quality while meeting daily production goals. * Follow safety, quality-control, and data-erasure procedures. * Keep your workstation clean, organized, and efficient. * Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth workflow. * Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing equipment as needed. *What We’re Looking For* * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. * Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a steady work pace. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Willingness to learn new equipment and processes. * Basic computer skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods and remain physically active throughout the shift. * Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. *Preferred Experience* Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required: * Assembly line or production work. * Manufacturing or warehouse operations. * Quality control or product inspection. * Familiarity with enterprise servers, JBODs, HBAs, or bulk drive testing. * Inventory, labeling, sorting, or order processing. * Computer hardware repair, testing, or installation. * Understanding of SMART attributes or storage-drive diagnostics *Growth Opportunity* This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about computer hardware and building new technical skills.
