The CCEO will be responsible for leading systemwide clinical operations, aligning performance with strategic and financial initiatives, and championing value-based care models. This role is pivotal in driving operational readiness for emerging technologies and ensuring strong disaster preparedness and system resilience. The successful candidate will also be a key player in triad collaboration, co-leading system initiatives and serving as a visible champion of shared accountability.Candidates for the CCEO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex health system. The role requires expertise in quality improvement, safety, compliance, and value-based care delivery, as well as a strong background in digital fluency and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a change leader, and skilled in leading in a matrixed, triad-driven model. Responsibilities also include performance and financial stewardship, people and culture development, and community and market positioning.
