Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.Must currently hold a valid Maryland driver's license and have at least 2 years of driving experience required.Be an insured driver under a valid auto insurance policy.Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.Successfully complete the Relias Registered Behavior Technician Curriculum within the first 90 days of employment.
