Director, Product ManagementAs the Director, Product Manager for our Salesforce Link IQ Platform, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for the core capabilities that power our Salesforce ecosystem, including data and record structures, workflows, permissions, navigation and UX, reporting and dashboards, and key integrations. Reporting to the Vice President of Technology for Leasing & Leasing Operations, you will partner closely with business stakeholders across the company to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and drive clarity across complex processes. This role calls for a highly inquisitive, data- and AI-driven product leader with a builder's mindset—relentless and fast-moving in iterating and delivering scalable, intuitive, and secure Salesforce solutions that continuously improve the digital experience and drive business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders, understand their business model capabilities, and create product strategy and roadmapEngage with business partners and other stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process to analyze, prioritize, and deliver on project and enhancement requestsManage vendor relationship to ensure high-quality partnership and accountabilityDrive a data-informed product design approach and integrate AI product development methodologyDefine and manage OKRs and KPIs that build confidence in the platform and ensure the platform meets the needs and goals of the businessEngage user communities in a continuous feedback loop that drives the platform forwardPromote and practice security-by-design, ensuring the appropriate level of controls and protections are inherent in every productStakeholder ManagementDevelop and nurture relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and strategic prioritiesAct as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on how technology can support and enhance business goalsCommunicate and collaborate across many levels in the organization with excellent and written communication skillsTranslate innovative ideas into functional and technical requirements to support our teams working smarterGuide, influence, and persuade business partners and team members towards solutions that meet business needs and goalsMaintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service for LinkProject DeliveryDevelop business cases, user requirements, and project chartersIntake demand and facilitate stakeholder-led prioritization, with the nimble ability to pivot as business needs shiftSpearhead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, design, and operations teams to deliver robust, secure, scalable technology productsTechnology OperationsDefine and manage data integrations with internal and external products and platformsDevelop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectationsCollaborate with Internal Audit to ensure that IT General Controls are defined as needed for projects and applications and then followed as routine operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field7–10+ years of progressive experience in technology product management, ideally CRE Tech focusedKnowledge of Salesforce CRM lifecycleKnowledge of commercial real estate industryProven track record of launching and scaling successful B2B or B2C products, delivering measurable business impactExceptional ability to engage, influence, and enable business partners at all levels, fostering strong cross-functional alignmentOutstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision, decisions, and outcomes clearly in both verbal and written formatsExtensive experience developing, managing, and executing multi-year product roadmaps aligned to business strategyStrong technical acumen with the capability to partner effectively with engineering, architecture, and transformation teamsDeep experience applying agile methodologies and using modern product management tools (eg, Jira, Confluence, Figma) to drive transparency and execution excellencePosted: 02-Mar-26Location: Chicago, IllinoisType: Full TimeCategories: Marketing/Business DevelopmentAdditional Information: Hybrid/Remote is allowed.Compensation: $160,000 - $185,000 base salaryBenefits: Health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, paid time off.#J-18808-Ljbffr
