This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking for substantial trial exposure (over 100 cases set for trial this year), a high-upside compensation structure, and a supportive, open-door environment. While based in Mission Viejo, the firm is open to hybrid/remote flexibility for Orange County-based candidates.Practice Areas:Insurance DefenseCivil / Commercial LitigationProduct Liability (Defense for major manufacturers)Lemon Law Defense (Auto, RV, and Boat manufacturers)Plaintiff Personal Injury (High origination bonus available)Key Responsibilities:Lead discovery strategy, including drafting specialized interrogatories and managing document productions.Argue substantive motions in court and represent clients in mandatory settlement conferences.Serve as second chair in trials, collaborating with senior partners to develop innovative trial strategies for high-exposure cases.Conduct approximately one local vehicle inspection per week (for OC-based remote/hybrid staff).Qualifications :J.D. + active California Bar license.2+ years of litigation experience (Defense, Plaintiff PI, or Civil Litigation).Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.Experience with depositions and/or courtroom exposure is highly preferred.Ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced, "hands-on" environment.Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $220,000.
