Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery across the full SDLC for two agile squadsEnsure sprint/release scope, estimates, and capacity plans are clear and achievableManage dependencies, risks, and issues while driving transparency and accountabilityPartner closely with Engineering, Product, QA, UX, leadership, and client stakeholdersEnsure timely, high-quality delivery of committed workRequirements7+ years of experience as a Technical PM or Delivery LeadProven experience delivering custom software products (not Salesforce/ERP/COTS implementations)Strong understanding of agile delivery and SDLCExperience with web, digital, or cloud-based applicationsExposure to content management systems (CMS)Experience working with engineering, QA, and UX/UI teamsStrong communication skills with enterprise clients or stakeholders
