Escrow Officer Assistant

Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Escrow Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support escrow officers throughout real estate transactions by handling administrative, customer service, and document coordination tasks to ensure the escrow process moves smoothly from opening to closing.Responsibilities Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry, including real estate agents and loan officersReview complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions and monitor compliance with contractsComply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accountsPerform administrative tasksQualifications High school diploma/GED required, some college preferredPrevious experience as an Escrow Officer Assistant is preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow processStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with computer software, familiarity with title and escrow software is preferred
