Commission is earned for every wellness plan sale, with opportunities to earn $200+ in additional bonuses each month.Our Brand PromiseTo better the lives of everyone we touch.Responsibilities and DutiesElements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate who thrives in a sales-driven environment and can consistently deliver results.Confidently inform all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle planFollow our proven sales process to successfully enroll clients into the Elements Wellness ProgramServe as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studioEnsure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurateCollaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the worldQualifications and SkillsDemonstrated success in sales is required — candidates must show prior experience meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally in retail or service environmentsAbility to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyaltyStrong communication skills: must enjoy talking, but more importantly, excel at listening to clientsAbility to turn client feedback into opportunities for exceptional customer serviceCustomer service experience in a spa-like or hospitality environment is a plusFamiliarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are processed with easy-to-learn computer programsDriven to create the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clientsStudio Specific BenefitsPay: $15–$18 per hour depending on experienceCommission and bonuses based on monthly conversion numbersDental/Vision InsuranceFree monthly massage or facial at the studio!Why Apply?If you have proven sales success and are excited to work in a rewarding, performance-driven environment at a great massage studio, we want to hear from you today!
