Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temporary)Location: Warrensville Heights, Ohio (In-Office)Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourPosition Overview:We are seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our property management team in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. This is a temporary, in-office position that serves as a primary point of contact for tenants, prospective residents, property managers, vendors, and other internal staff. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in handling a high volume of inquiries while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for tenant and client inquiries (in-person, phone, and email)Respond to questions regarding leases, maintenance requests, payments, and general property informationAssist with scheduling maintenance and coordinating with vendorsMaintain accurate tenant records and update property management systemsProcess paperwork, applications, and other administrative documentationPrepare correspondence, notices, and reportsProvide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operationsUtilize de-escalation techniques to effectively resolve tenant concerns and complaintsDeliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and proceduresQualifications:Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience requiredExperience in property management preferredStrong administrative support skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of de-escalation and conflict resolution techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced office environmentWork Environment:Temporary, in-office position located in Warrensville Heights, OhioStandard business hoursCompensation & Benefits:$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)Most major holidays offPaid Time Off (PTO) offeredQualified candidates who are customer-focused and thrive in a professional office setting are encouraged to apply.Powered by JazzHRTpWFKZWWsv
