Key duties include developing curriculums and training materials to consistently meet training objectives. The role works with subject matter experts, instructors and educational partners to create and deploy coursework that adheres to the overall training and development strategy. The ideal candidate will have the ability to reflect and consistently adjust coursework to meet the needs of the business. The ability to identify skill gaps and select the appropriate training method to grow employee performance is a must for success in this role. The right Instructional Designer will have facilitation experience and the ability to deliver content to a wide range of audiences.
