Printed Circuit Board Assembler | 1st & 2nd Shift Thrive with Volt!As a Printed Circuit Board Assembler you will:Assemble, wire, and test electromechanical devices according to specifications.Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble components.Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues in assembled products.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies.This is a Full-Time Temp to Hire opportunity.Schedule: Monday - Friday1st shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm2nd shift - 2:30pm - 11:00pmThe ideal candidate will have:Perform complex technical tasks, troubleshoot assembly issues and work under a microscopeClean room experiencePrevious experience as a Printed Circuit Board AssemblerUse precision hand tools, perform repetitive assembly operations and communicate effectively with team members.Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret drawings and schematicsSome experience with soldering and crimping techniquesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of lean manufacturing principlesBasic computer skills for documentation and reportingExcellent hand dexterityFamiliarity with hand and power toolsComfortable working with small and delicate materialsAbility to follow written instructions provided by the manufacturer to build the final productPay Rate: $23.00 per hourBenefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
