Youth Employment Program

The Mayor's Office and Lancaster County are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals ages 16-24, not currently attending school, to join our Youth Employment Program this summer. Interns will gain hands-on experience in local government operations, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop professional skills that will prepare them for future careers. We encourage those who are eager to get first-time work experience, individuals with justice-involved backgrounds, or anyone who may be facing an obstacle to employment to apply.Internships are typically 30 hours per week.
