We are dedicated to creating an enjoyable environment of professionalism, teamwork, and mutual respect.Wellspring Learning Centers is actively hiring compassionate, creative and caring professionals to provide ABA to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities at our clinics. We understand the crucial role technicians play in providing quality services, which is why we offer strive to provide consistent hours and pay for Registered Behavior Technicians. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with clients to implement goals that are written and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). RBTs help clients acquire new skills and create environments that are exciting, fun and motivating.
