This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and lead various construction projects from inception to completion. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including remodeling, tenant improvements (TI), and ground-up construction. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and integrity. This role requires extensive travel, offering a unique opportunity to explore different regions while working on diverse projects.Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including remodeling, tenant improvements (TI), and ground-up construction.2. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project plan and specifications.3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.4. Develop and maintain construction schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.6. Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and forecasted costs.7. Ensure all construction activities align with project plans and specifications.8. Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and procedures, promoting a culture of safety among all project staff and subcontractors.9. Manage project close-out and final inspections, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the Construction industry, with a focus on remodeling, tenant improvements (TI), and ground-up construction.2. Proven track record of successfully leading projects as a Superintendent.3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.6. Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant computer applications.7. Ability to travel extensively and work at various project sites.8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.9. Certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus.10.
