At SafetyNet Behavioral Healthcare, we are a 48-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility dedicated to supporting children and adolescents aged 10–18 facing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Your Role as a Therapist:
As a Therapist at SafetyNet, you will:
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents.
Engage in case management to ensure comprehensive care for your patients.
Provide crisis intervention as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Use your organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.
What You Bring:
A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field (required).
One year of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting (preferred).
Strong skills in time management, communication (written and verbal), and teamwork.
