Guest Service Representative - Full Time 3pm-11pm

For our High-Energy, High Volume, Full-Service RV Resort & Lodge we are searching for candidates with the qualifications/experience listed below. Guest Service Representative Provide upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival Inform guests of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see Skills Proven work experience in Guest Relations preferred but not required Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software preferred Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends & holidays Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation Deliver excellent customer service Proven work experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail FINS UP!! Job Type: Full Time 3pm-11pm shift Salary: From $16.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability
