Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Accounting Treasury & Stock Compensation

SFA In The Corporate Controller's Group As an SFA in the Corporate Controller's Group, you will have the opportunity to lead the North American processes for technical accounting and controls supporting treasury and stock compensation accounting, as well as related initiatives. You will partner with multiple internal and external teams in order to maintain external financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. Additionally, you will play an important role in supporting key enterprise initiatives to support our Accelerate strategy.This role offers many unique developmental opportunities, including:Involvement in key enterprise initiatives, primarily supporting treasury, financing, and stock compensation projectsFrequent exposure to leaders within Treasury, Tax, Executive Rewards, Corporate Finance, and Global Accounting Operations, among othersDeepening accounting and financial reporting technical expertise from both recurring and nonrecurring activitiesAdvancing process improvement and standardization in support of our Accounting & Controls Evolution journey and leadership of outsourced teamsEnablers for success in this role include the ability to work proactively, have a high attention to detail, ability to partner with multiple internal and external business partners, high technical accounting and financial acumen, and a commitment to process and process improvement. In this role, one of the key career experiences you will gain is a broadening Corporate experience with an opportunity to partner with various Corporate functions, build your personal network, and interact directly with senior leaders.Key responsibilities include:Leading the North America & Corporate processes for technical accounting supporting treasury, financing, risk management, and stock compensation projects.Partnering closely with Treasury business partners to support the technical accounting and reporting for various financing strategies and financial instruments.Partnering closely with Executive Rewards business partners to support the US GAAP accounting and financial reporting related to stock compensation.Contributing to the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close accounting and reporting processes including SEC filings and other external financial reporting.Monitoring and reviewing results completed by outsourced partners and centers of excellence to ensure processes accurately meet Global Accounting Organization needs.Partnering with Global Accounting Organization teams to assess impacts of changing business activities to accounting process, reporting process and controls, and contribute to adequate solutions to meet business needs.Driving process and governance excellence in our dynamic global accounting & controls environment.Utilizing SAP, OneStream, Workiva, Blackline and other technologies to appropriately and effectively complete job responsibilities.Other duties as assigned.Minimum qualifications include:BS. in Accounting3+ years relevant experienceDetail-oriented, results-oriented, proactiveProcess and process improvement driven mindsetAbility to work with and influence different stakeholdersWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsAptitude for broad US GAAP subject matter including codification related to financial instruments and stock-based compensationTechnical accounting research and documentation experienceAbility to work independentlyPreferred qualifications include:CPA or MBAAbility to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completionBig Four public accounting firm experienceSEC filing experienceWorking knowledge of SAP, OneStream, WorkivaStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsAdditional considerations:We are open to 100% remote applicants, with travel based on business need.International relocation or remote working arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
