Plant & Nursery Specialist – Landscape Construction

About the RoleLMI Colorado is looking for at detail-oriented and knowledgeable Plant & Nursery specialist to support our Construction Division. This role is critical in ensuring our crews have the right plant material, organized and ready to go, to execute high-quality landscape installations.If you know your plants, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this is for you.What You’ll DoIdentify trees, shrubs, and plant material in the yard based on job specificationsPull, stage, and organize plants for upcoming construction jobsCoordinate with field crews and supervisors to ensure accurate ordersMaintain organization and cleanliness of the yard and plant inventoryInspect plant quality and flag any issues before loadingAssist with loading/unloading materials for job sitesTrack inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepanciesSupport general yard operations as neededWhat We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of plant and shrub identification (required)Experience in landscaping, nursery work, or horticulture preferredBilingual (English and Spanish)Ability to read plant lists and job specs accuratelyHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsTeam player with good communication skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the dayWhat We OfferCompetitive starting pay at $22.08/hour+ (based on experience)Full-time, steady workHealth benefits after 60 days of employmentOpportunities for growth within the Construction teamSupportive team environment and strong company culture
