This role goes beyond campaign reporting—you will design and implement AI-powered analytics systems that enable more predictive, automated, and strategic decision-making. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with many of the world’s most innovative AI companies, and partner closely with client and internal leadership to translate complex performance data into clear business insights, while also building the infrastructure that powers those insights. What You’ll DoLead AI-driven analytics initiatives, leveraging tools like Gemini, Claude, and other LLMs to automate reporting and generate actionable insightsDevelop advanced performance frameworks that move beyond reporting into diagnostic and predictive analysisDesign and evolve dashboards and reporting systems, integrating multiple data sources into a unified view of performanceTranslate data into clear, executive-ready insights that inform strategy and business outcomesDrive campaign optimization across paid and integrated channels, including testing, targeting, and budget allocationAnalyze performance across paid, earned, and owned channels to identify key drivers and opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally with growth marketing and communications teams to ensure data informs decision-makingMentor and guide junior team members, elevating team capability in analytics and AI applicationWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in performance analytics, marketing analytics, or communications measurement (agency experience preferred)Strong experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) and performance optimizationHands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve workflows, analysis, or reportingExperience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google SheetsAbility to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholdersStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA builder’s mindset—proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited to create scalable, intelligent systemsSalary Range: $90,000-$120,000/yr
