Member Experience SpecialistThis position will require travel to some or all of our existing branches until the official opening of the Commerce Branch in 2026. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and brings a positive, outgoing approach to each interaction.Your responsibilities will include:Managing lobby traffic and greeting membersAnswering questions about Credit Union products and servicesAssisting new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactionsResolving member concerns and reconciling accountsEducating members on managing their finances effectivelyIdentifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-beingBuilding strong, supportive member relationshipsBecause this role temporarily requires travel to multiple branch locations, flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills are essential.What You NeedHigh School Diploma or GED (required)At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar softwareMust be bondableReady to Join a Mission-Driven Team?If you're excited about helping others, growing your skills, and being part of a mission-driven organization, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today!*Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
