This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on database professional with deep expertise in PostgreSQL development, performance optimization, and enterprise data architecture.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Database Developer or similar role.Strong hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL including SQL, PL/pgSQL, stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and query optimization.Experience supporting large-scale, high-volume enterprise applications and mission-critical systems.Strong understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and data modeling principles.Expertise in performance tuning, execution plan analysis, and troubleshooting complex SQL/database behaviors.Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ETL pipelines, data integration tools, and batch processing frameworks.Familiarity with CI/CD processes and database deployment automation.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and managed PostgreSQL services.Prior experience supporting government or public sector environments is a plus.
