We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service, the best quality products, and the most competitive price in the market.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Grow Slab, Sink, and Tile Sales with Assigned AccountsCall on, Service, Grow, and Manage Relationships in all Assigned Fabricator AccountsDevelop and Grow Underperforming or New Fabricator AccountsIdentify Targets and Gain New Specifications through Growth Channels in Builder, Dealer, and K&BDevelop and/or Provide Customers with Specific Product Programs for Slabs (Natural Stone, Quartz), Sinks (Kohler, Blanco, Crescent, etc.), and Tile (Crescent).Manage Customer Sample Programs – Replace and Update Samples and Displays as needed.Respond to Customer Needs, Requests, or Complaints with an Extreme Sense of UrgencyManage Orders and Follow Up on Potential Opportunities (i.e. Holds)Communicate Opportunities with Inside Sales (i.e. Referrals / Walk-ins) and Tool Sales TeamsSend a Minimum of two (2) Mailchimp Campaigns WeeklyMaintain a Call Log with Notes for Follow-Up, as well as a Lost Sales LogPerform Quarterly Business Review Meetings (in-person) with Top AccountsMaintain a Professional Attitude and Appearance (i.e. Dress Code)Be Solution-Based – Find a way to "YES"WIN! – STAY ASSERTIVE AND BEAT YOUR COMPETITION EVERY DAY...Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum of 2 Years in Outside SalesMust be an Independent Self-Starter who will Take Initiative and Maintain Professionalism and Flexibility in a Fast-Paced Work Environment.Expertly Skilled in Verbal and Written CommunicationExcellent Interpersonal, Customer Service, and Negotiation SkillsAbility to Retain Information and Develop a Firm Understanding of Triton Stone's Products and OfferingsMust be Competitive and Develop Awareness of Competition while Finding Solutions to WinMust be Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh School or GED Required – Bachelor's Degree or Higher Education is PreferredValid Driver's LicenseSuitable Vehicle for Transferring Customer Samples, etc.Position Information:Job Status: Full TimeBenefits: Comprehensive Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, Holiday Pay, Salary, Commissions, Vehicle Allowance, and Fuel CardSalary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year plus commissionPhysical RequirementsAbility to Sit and Stand for Long Periods of TimeAbility to Type EfficientlyAbility to Lift up to 25 Lbs.Ability to Bend, Twist, and Lift Both Arms OverheadAbility to Drive a Vehicle without RestrictionsAbility to Speak on the Phone for Long Periods of Time Wearing a Headset on One or Both EarsAbility to Write Text Messages or Send Emails on Mobile DeviceWhat sets Triton Stone Group apart?Triton Stone has been trusted for over 20 Years to provide the highest level of quality, style, service, and value to our customers.
