Duties Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our offerings in competitive markets Lead multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, public relations, and e-commerce channels to maximize reach and engagement Oversee product management efforts related to branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall business goals Conduct market research and analysis using tools like Nielsen insights to identify trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities for growth Manage social media management efforts by creating engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering community interaction Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that support revenue growth through branding and marketing initiatives Oversee branding assets using Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns Develop and manage budgets for marketing projects while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI Build strong relationships with public relations agencies and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and reputation Utilize analysis skills to evaluate campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics for continuous improvement Skills Proven experience in social media management, product management, branding, and multichannel marketing strategies Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market research data from sources like Nielsen or similar tools Expertise in digital marketing techniques including e-commerce optimization and B2B marketing approaches Exceptional strategic planning capabilities combined with a creative mindset for branding development Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating compelling visual content Excellent public relations skills to manage media outreach and enhance brand reputation Solid understanding of budgeting processes for large-scale marketing campaigns Knowledge of sales enablement strategies aligned with branding efforts Familiarity with analysis tools for measuring campaign success and market trends Join us as a Brand Marketing Director if you’re passionate about shaping brands that inspire action!
